Transaction Terms
- - The online store displays the final price of 1 pallet, including VAT and delivery within Estonia.
- - 1 pallet contains 975 kg of pellets, and the pallet dimensions are 900 x 1140 mm.
- - Within 2 - 5 business days after receiving the payment, the courier company will deliver the order to the desired address.
- - Transportation is carried out with a rear lift truck.
- - The unloading area must have a clean, hard surface.
Validity of Sales Terms
The sales terms apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) of online store of Warmeston OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
In addition to these terms, the Seller regulates the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the online store in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disagreements and disputes arising from the fulfillment of these sales terms will be resolved through negotiations primarily. If disputes arising from the contract cannot be resolved through negotiations, the Customer has the right to seek protection of their rights from the Consumer Protection Board or the court.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms and prices. Any such changes will be reflected on the Seller's website.
By making a purchase, the Customer agrees to receive reminders via email for repeat orders.

Prices
All prices on www.apellet.ee are in euros.
The Seller has the right to change displayed prices at any time. If the Customer has placed and paid for an order, the Seller is obligated to deliver the products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order.
Payment Methods
Payment on www.apellet.ee can be made through bank links or by transfer after order confirmation.
Payments are made in euros (€).
Effectiveness of Sales Agreement
The sales agreement becomes effective once the total amount of the order has been received in the Warmeston OÜ bank account.
Products and Order Process
The expected delivery time for displayed products is indicated in the product information.
The displayed product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product. The service provider strives to display accurate and comprehensive product descriptions, but despite this, product descriptions in the online store may not be exhaustive and may contain unintentional errors.
Products offered on www.apellet.ee are sold to both private and business customers.
The Customer selects the desired products and enters the necessary information for order fulfillment (last name, first name, contact phone, contact email, delivery address, postal code) and pays for the products with the chosen payment method.
The Seller is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of the order or any consequences thereof due to the Customer's incorrect submission of data.
The sale is considered completed when the Customer has paid for the order via bank transfer, using the bank link on the website, or by making a transfer based on the issued invoice.
Delivery
After the sales agreement takes effect (payment of the invoice by Customer), the Seller assembles the order and hands it over to our partners for delivery.
The delivery deadlines shown on the Seller's website apply from the moment of invoice payment.
To ensure prompt delivery, please be careful when entering delivery details when placing the order.
Shipments which were damaged during transport where the products, but not the product packaging, have been damaged will be replaced for the Customer.
Warmeston OÜ is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to logistics partners in a timely manner but the delay is due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control or foresight.
Right of Withdrawal
After the delivery of the order, the Customer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 days. The 14-day withdrawal period applies only to private customers. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons (business customers).
The returned products must be unused and undamaged.
In case of withdrawal from the sales agreement, the Customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods and the delivery costs incurred by the Customer, except when the Customer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by Warmeston. In that case, Warmeston is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.
The Customer bears the cost associated with returning the goods. The Seller bears the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods differ from the ordered ones.
To return the goods, the Customer must submit a Return Declaration to the email address
apellet@warmeston.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods. The Customer will be contacted, and the return of the goods will be coordinated as soon as possible but no later than 14 days. The standard withdrawal form is available here:
Application Form
The refunded amount for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the Customer without delay after receiving the withdrawal declaration but no later than 14 days.
The Customer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days after submitting the declaration.
Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered product has been manufactured according to the personal needs of the customer or according to the conditions specified by the customer.
Procedure for Submitting Claims
The Seller is responsible for defects or non-conformity of the goods sold
to the Customer for a period of up to two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to the Customer.
The Seller is not responsible for defects in the product caused by the Customer, defects arising from the improper storage or use of the product. Defects include defects in the product but not in the product packaging.
In the event of non-compliance or defects in the product, the Customer has the right to request the replacement of the product with a conforming or defect-free product or the termination of the sales agreement and the return of the goods at the expense of the Seller. In the event of justified withdrawal from the sales agreement, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the goods, including postage, to the Customer's bank account no later than 30 days after the return and inspection of the goods and the identification of defects.
In case of non-compliance or defects in the product, please send a complaint to the email address
apellet@warmeston.ee, indicating the name of the orderer, contact phone, order number, and a precise description of the non-conformity or defects.
A complaint in case of non-conformity or defects in the product must be submitted within 5 days of discovering the non-conformity or defects.
In the case of consumer sales, the Customer must notify the seller of the non-compliance with the terms of the contract within two months of becoming aware of it. Failure to do so will result in the Customer losing the right to request the replacement of the product with a conforming product or the termination of the agreement.
All complaints will be reviewed, and the Customer will be contacted as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the complaint.
Customer Loyalty Program
Anyone interested can register as a loyal customer in A-pellet's online store by filling out our loyalty program registration form. The discount for every pallet purchased as a loyal customer will be applicable starting from January 14, 2021!
If you are already our customer, then from January 14, 2021, placed orders will determine the loyalty discount level based on your purchase activity, taking into account the quantity of fully paid pellet pallets.
As of June 10, 2022, as a loyal customer, you will receive a 3% discount from 10 pallets of pellets and a 5% discount from 20 pallets of pellets.

Recipients to Whom Personal Data is Transferred
Personal data is transferred to the online store's customer support for managing purchases and purchase history and resolving customer issues.
The person's name and phone number are transmitted to the transport service provider. If it is a courier-delivered item, the customer's address is also transmitted in addition to the contact details.
Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if necessary for ensuring the functionality or data hosting of the online store.
Security and Access to Data
Personal data is stored on zone.ee servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or a state party to the European Economic Area. Data is not transmitted to third parties or outside the European Union.
Access to personal data is limited to online store employees who need to access the data to resolve technical issues related to using the online store and provide customer support.
The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational, and information security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure.
The transmission of personal data to authorized processors of the online store (e.g., transport service provider and data hosting) is based on agreements concluded between the online store and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data.
Familiarizing
and Correcting Personal Data
Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the user profile of the online store. If a purchase has been made without a user account, personal data can be viewed through customer support.
Retention
When closing the customer account in the online store, personal data is deleted, unless such data needs to be retained for accounting or consumer dispute resolution purposes.
If a purchase has been made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history is retained for seven years.
In case of payment and consumer disputes, personal data is retained until the claim is satisfied or the expiration of the limitation period.
Personal data necessary for accounting purposes is retained for seven years.
Deletion
To delete personal data, contact customer support at the email address info@warmeston.ee. The deletion request will be answered no later than within one month, specifying the period for deleting the data.
Transfer
Requests for the transfer of personal data submitted by email will be answered within one month. Customer support verifies the identity and informs about the data that will be transferred.
Resolution of Disputes
Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (info@warmeston.ee). The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
